    [For part I see ibid. 20, No. 3, 390-396 (2000; Zbl 0965.30002).] Consider the random Dirichlet series \[ f_\omega(s)= \sum^{+\infty}_{n=0} X_n(\omega) e^{-s\lambda_n}\quad (s= \sigma+ it,\;0\leq \lambda_n\uparrow +\infty),\tag{1} \] where \(X_n(\omega)\) is a squence of independent random variables in a complete probability space \((\Omega,{\mathcal F},P)\). Suppose that \[ \varlimsup(\ln n/\lambda_n)= \varlimsup(\ln|v_n|/\lambda_n)= 0, \] \[ \sum^{+\infty}_{n=1} v^2_n= +\infty\qquad (n\to+\infty), \] \[ EX_n= 0\quad\text{and}\quad 0< \alpha^2 E|X_n|^2\leq E^2|X_n|< +\infty, \] where \(v^2_n= E|X_n|^2\) and \(\alpha> 0\). Then (1) defines a random holomorphic function in \(\text{Re }s> 0\). Suppose that \(\forall n> 1\), \(X_n\), \(\text{Re }s_n\), or \(\text{Im } X_n\) is of bounded density, then almost surely every point on \(\text{Re }s=0\) is a Picard point of \(f_\omega\) without finite exceptional values. This result improves partly a result of X. Q. Ding.
