Let \(Q(4,q)\) denote the parabolic quadric of \(\text{ PG}(4,q)\). An ovoid of \(Q(4,q)\) is a set of \(q^2+1\) points of \(Q(4,q)\) such that no two of them are collinear (on a line of \(Q(4,q)\)). A BLT-set \(B\) is a set of \(q+1\) points of \(Q(4,q)\) such that no point of \(Q(4,q)\) is collinear with more than two points of \(B\). A flock of a quadratic cone in \(\text{ PG}(3,q)\) is a partition of the flock minus its vertex into \(q\) conics. With every flock of a quadratic cone corresponds a BLT-set and a line spread of \(\text{ PG}(3,q)\). If the translation plane corresponding with the line spread of \(\text{ PG}(3,q)\) is a semifield plane, then the flock is called a semifield flock. Apart of the so-called linear, Kantor semifield and Ganley flocks, one other sporadic example of a semifield flock is known. The authors prove that the BLT-set associated with this sporadic semifield flock is the complete intersection of the so-called Payne-Thas and Kantor-Knuth ovoids of the parabolic quadric \(Q(4,3^5)\). The authors also give an alternative construction of the ovoid of \(Q(4,3^5)\) constructed in [\textit{T. Penttila} and \textit{B. Williams}, Geom. Dedicata 82, 1--19 (2000; Zbl 0969.51008)].
