In this paper the authors present a representation for constant mean curvature one (CMC-1) surfaces in the hyperbolic \(3\)-space in terms of spinors, which are holomorphic with respect to the Riemann surface structure induced by the immersion. This representation is a slight modification of \textit{R. L. Bryant}'s one [Astérisque 154--155, 321--347 (1988; Zbl 0635.53047)]. The authors use their results to obtain explicit formulas for CMC-1 trinoids, which were previously classified by \textit{M.~Umehara} and \textit{K.~Yamada} [Ill.~J.~Math. 44, No.~1, 72--94 (2000; Zbl 0958.30029)].
