The authors consider the quatrisson structures on quaternionic flag manifolds. The quatrisson structure is a generalization of the usual Poisson structure on a manifold defined as a \(4\)-vector field whose Schouten bracket with itself is zero. The tetraplectic leaves of such a structure are then a straightforward generalization of the symplectic leaves of a Poisson structure. The authors define a quatrisson structure on a quaternionic symplectic group and the related Bruhat quadrisson structure. The quadrisson structure on the quaternionic symplectic group turnes out to be multiplicative. The authors describe the corresponding dressing action and show that its orbits are precisely the tetraplectic leaves.
