From the text: The author studies non-cooperative \(N\)-person games in normal form [see Autom. Remote Control 62, No. 11, 1890--1897 (2001); translation from Avtom. Telemekh. 2001, No. 11, 145--153 (2001; Zbl 1090.91505)] and considers a concept of equilibrium by means of applying a ``threats'' and ``punishment'' approach. Some examples are given.
