Schrödinger was the first to introduce coherent states for the quantum harmonic oscillator in 1926. Much later Roy J.\ Glauber reinvented these states to describe coherence in quantum optics. With the passing of time a deepened understanding of coherent states has evolved (Klauder, Sudarshan) and a mathematical theory in its own right has been established focussing on general holomorphic methods in mathematical physics with applications in conformal field theory, Chern-Simons and string theory. Specifically, B.C.\ Hall extended the Segal-Bargmann coherent state transform, an isomorphism between Hilbert spaces, to compact Lie groups. The present paper extends the results of Hall to moduli spaces of holomorphic vector bundles over elliptic curves of genus one and constructs the related (level \(k\), rank \(n\)) theta functions so that the Bargmann-Segal transform preserves its isomorphic character with the correct level shift: \( k\to k+n\). The extension of this analysis to elliptic curves of genus greater than one seems desirable.
