In this paper, the author adapts ingeneously the Fedosov method [\textit{B. V. Fedosov}, J. Differ. Geom. 40, No.~2, 213--238 (1994; Zbl 0812.53034); Deformation quantization and index theory, Akademie Verlag, Berlin (1996; Zbl 0867.58061)] in order to construct star products on a pseudo-Kähler manifold. The basic idea is to replace the fibrewise Weyl product which is used in Fedosov's construction by a fibrewise product similar to the Wick product on \({\mathbb C}^n\). The author shows that this construction is rich enough to obtain star products of every equivalence class by computing Deligne's characteristic class of these products. Among these star products, the author characterizes those which are of Wick type (which means that the bidifferential operators describing the star products only differentiate with respect to holomorphic directions in the first argument and with respect to the anti-holomorphic direction in the second argument). These star products are strongly related to star products with separation of variables introduced and studied by Karabegov [see \textit{A. V. Karabegov}, Commun. Math. Phys. 180, No.~3, 745--755 (1996; Zbl 0866.58037) and Lett. Math. Phys. 43, 347--357 (1998; Zbl 0938.53049)]. The author compares its results that are based on a coordinate independant construction to those of Karabegov that were obtained by local considerations. In particular, \textit{A.V. Karabegov} has shown in [Commun. Math. Phys. 180, No.~3, 745--755 (1996; Zbl 0866.58037)] that there is a one to one correspondence between star products of Wick type on a Kähler manifold \(M\) and closed formal (1,1) forms on \(M\); the author gives an independant proof of this result. Finally, the author proves that the Fedosov construction is universal in the sense that it yields all star products of Wick type on a pseudo-Kähler manifold.
