The authors formulate results (the proofs of some of them are to be found in other of their papers) about advanced-delayed ordinary differential systems with constraint \[ x^{r+1}dy/dx=F(x,y(x),y(p_1x),\ldots ,y(p_mx),y(x/q_1),\ldots ,y(x/q_s)) \] \[ 0=G(x,y(x),y(p_1x),\ldots ,y(p_mx),y(x/q_1),\ldots ,y(x/q_s))~. \] Such systems are defined in a neighbourhood of the initial point and are assumed to have formal power series solutions. The dependent variables \(y\) form a vector and one has \(p_i>1\), \(q_j>1\), \(r\in {\mathbb N}\); \(F\) and \(G\) are vector-functions. To study such systems, the authors consider \(q\)-advanced Gevrey series, the \(q\)-advancing operator \(({\mathcal A}_qf)(z)\equiv f(qz)\), the \(q\)-delaying operator \(({\mathcal D}_qf)(z)\equiv f(z/q)\), the \(q\)-advanced Laplace and Borel transforms. The study includes growth conditions, decay rate estimates and the possibility to extend the formal series solutions to analytic solutions defined on a sectorial domain with vertex at the initial point. The study includes advanced and delayed initial value problems with polynomial coefficients.
