Genericity of geodesic flows with positive topological entropy on \(S^2\) (Q1424006)

In the paper under review the authors prove that the set of \(C^\infty\) Riemannian metrics on \(S^2\) and \(\mathbb{R}P^2\) whose geodesic flow has positive topological entropy is open and dense in the \(C^2\) topology.
