The authors present a design approach for robust reliable \(H_\infty\) state feedback control of linear systems with state delay and parameter uncertainty. The proposed controller is based on a positive definite solution of a modified Riccati equation and is independent of the time delay. The authors actually consider a multi-objective control problem: they want to have the expected reliability and disturbance rejection attenuation level.
