Let \(T=\{z\in \mathbb C:\;| z| =1 \}\) be the unit circle in the complex plane \(\mathbb C\) and \(H^2(T)\) stand for the Hardy space. The flip operator \(J\) is defined as \(Jf(e^{i\theta})=e^{-i\theta}f(e^{-i\theta})\). In \((H^2)^N\), the author considers the general singular integral operators with flip and Toeplitz plus Hankel operators with sufficiently smooth matrix-valued generating finctions. Formulas for the dimension of the kernel and cokernel for Fredholm such operators under some additional conditions are established in terms of the factorization with middle factor \(\text{diag}\{\rho_1t^{\kappa_1}, \rho_2t^{\kappa_2},\dots,\rho_Nt^{\kappa_N} \}\) and the collection of (characteristic) pairs \((\rho_1,\kappa_1),(\rho_2,\kappa_2),\dots,(\rho_N,\kappa_N)\in\{-1,1\}\times \mathbb{Z}.\) The invertibility problem is also discussed.
