The authors study the stabilization problem for the control system \[ x'(t)= A(t) x(t)+ B(t) u(t)+ f(t, x(t),u(t)), \] where \(A(t)\) generates a \(C_0\) semigroup with dense domain in a Hilbert space. Based on a suitable controllability assumption, complete stabilizability conditions are presented in terms of the solution of Riccati operator equations.
