This paper deals with long-time behaviour of the equation of mean field magnetohydrodynamics with constant mean velocity. The author proves both the existence of global solutions in \(H^1\)-norm and compact attractor. The author also studies the dependence of dimension of attractor on physical parameters of systems under considerations.
