In continuation of the authors' works [Dokl. Math. 53, 23--24 (1996; Zbl 0894.34048); J. Differ. Equations 149, 1--51 (1998; Zbl 0908.34036)], they consider the stability problem of a closed bounded connected invariant set \(K\) of the autonomous system of differential equations \(\frac{dx}{dt}=X(x)\), \(x,X\in \mathbb{R}^n\), \(X\in C^1(\mathbb{R}^n)\), with respect to small perturbations.
