The authors study the asymptotic behavior of the following equation \[ \biggl[x(t)-\sum_{i=1}^m p_i(t)x(t-\tau_i) \biggr]'+\sum_{j=1}^n q_j(t)f(x(t-\sigma_j))=r(t), \quad t\geq t_0,\;t\neq t_k, \] \[ x(t_k^{+})-x(t_k)=b_kx(t_k),\quad k=1,2,\dots. \] The nonoscillatory and oscillatory cases are considered separately. They extend and improve some known results for such equations.
