    The author considers the nonlinear difference equations of the form: \[ (1)\quad \Delta^2 x_n+ f(n,x_n, \Delta x_n)= 0, \qquad \text{and} \qquad (2) \quad \Delta(r_n \Delta x_n)+ f(n,x_n)= 0, \] where \(\Delta\) is the forward difference operator, i.e., \(\Delta v_n= v_{n+1}- v_n\). A solution of (1) or (2) is a real sequence denoted by \(\{u_n\}\equiv u_n\) satisfying equation (1) or (2) for \(n=0, 1,2,\ldots\). The objective of the present paper is to establish some criteria of the convergence of all bounded solutions of (1), (2).
