Der Verf. berechnet den Wert dieses öfter behandelten Integrals (\textit{Hermite}, Cours d'analyse 1873, p. 343. -- \textit{F. G. Teixeira}, Nouv. Ann. (2) 7, 220, 1868 u. Arch. d. Math. u. Phys. (3) 9, 30, 1905), indem er die Kotangente des komplexen Arguments auf die Form \(P+Qi\) bringt und die Integrale \(\int P dx\) und \(\int Q dx\) einzeln auswertet.
