Die Arbeit soll hier kurz erwähnt werden, obwohl sie mehr in das Gebiet der Statistik gehört. Sie beschäftigt sich mit der Aufstellung von Häufigkeitszahlen für das Zusammentreffen zweier Reihen von Merkmalen, wobei die Häufigkeitszahlen in eine determinantenartige Austellung nach Reihen und Spalten geordnet sind. Sie faßt den speziellen Fall ins Auge, daß (kurz ausgedrückt) die Unterdeterminanten aus vier Gliedern in dem ganzen System das gleiche Vorzeichen besitzen, und leitet für diese ``isotropischen Systeme'' eine Reihe einfacher Sätze ab.
