Die Arbeit enthält Ansätze zu einer theoretischen Darstellung der durch ein Prisma bewirkten Farbenzerstreuung unter der Annahme, daß diese ähnlich wie bei einem in fließendes Wasser gehaltenen Gegenstand durch ein System von Stauungs- und Nachwirkungswellen zustande kommt.
