1. (JFM 36.0473.02) Wenn \(\varPhi(n)\) mindestens ebenso rasch mit \(n\) wächst wie \(n^3\), so hat die Funktion \[ \sum_{n=0}^\infty \frac{x^{\varPhi(n)}}{ \{ \varPhi(n) \} !} \] bei hinreichend großen Werten von \(n\) in dem Kreise \(|x|=\varPhi(n)\) genau \(\varPhi(n)\) Nullstellen. 2. Sind \(a\) und \(s\) reell, so liegen bei hinreichend großen Werten der Zahl \(k\) die Nullstellen der Funktion \[ \sum_{n=0}^\infty \frac{x^n}{(n+a)^s n!} \] in Kreisen um die Punkte \(x_k = \xi_k + \eta_k\): \[ \begin{aligned} & \xi_k =(s-a) \log (2k \pi) +(s-1) \log \log k +\log \varGamma(a): \varGamma(s),\\ & \eta_k =(2k+1) \pi +\tfrac 12 (s+a) \pi,\end{aligned} \] deren Halbmesser mit wachsendem \(k\) gegen Null abnehmen.
