Bezeichnet \((x_1,y_1)\) eine nicht singuläre Stelle des algebraischen Gebildes \(f(x,y)=0\), so entspricht einer genügend kleinen um den Punkt \(x=x_1\) abgegrenzten Contour eine den Punkt \(y=y_1\) einschliessende Contour. Der Verfasser giebt die Gleichungen für besondere einander derart entsprechende Contouren an.
