Der Verfasser hat C. R. IC. (F. d. M. XVI. 1884. 293, JFM 16.0293.01) Integrale erster Gattung \[ \int(Pdx+Qdy) \] definirt als solche, die bei unbegrenzter Variation von \(x\) und \(y\) endlich bleiben. Unter denjenigen, welche auch unendlich werden, definirt er jetzt eine zweite Gattung und knüpft einige Betrachtungen daran (vergl. oben p. 332-336 (JFM 17.0332.03)).
