Hier werden einige Eigenschaften der elliptischen Integrale untersucht mittels der Differentiation nach dem Modul oder einer Function des Moduls. In dieser Weise werden die einfachsten Integrale behandelt, in welchen die Form \(\sqrt{1-p^2\sin^2x}\) oder \(\sqrt{1+p^2\sin^2x}\) vorkommt. Mehrere neue Integrale, welche mit den elliptischen verwandt oder darauf reducirbar sind, werden auf demselben Wege gefunden.
