    The initial-boundary value problem to the non-stationary Stokes system \[ \begin{aligned} &\frac{\partial v}{\partial t}-\Delta v+\nabla p=f, \quad \text{div\,} v=0 \quad \text{in \;} \;x\in\Omega,\;t\in (0,T),\\ &v=0, \;x\in\partial\Omega,\;t\in (0,T),\quad v=v_0,\;x\in\Omega,\;t=0 \end{aligned} \] is considered in the cylinder \(\Omega\times(0,T)\), where \(\Omega\subset \mathbb{R}^n\), \(n\geq 2\) is an open connected aperture domain. The author proves estimates in \(L^s(0,T;L^q_{\omega}(\Omega))\) for the solution of the problem, where \(1<s,q<\infty,\;L^q_{\omega}(\Omega)\) is a certain weighted \(L^q\)-space \[ L^q_{\omega}(\Omega)= \left\{u\in L^1_{\text{loc}} (\Omega): | u |^q_{q,\omega}= \int_{\Omega}| u| ^q\omega\,dx<\infty \right\}, \] the weight function \(0\leq\omega\in L^1_{\text{loc}} (\mathbb{R}^n)\) belongs to the weighted Muckenhoupt class. The case of nonvanishing flux through the aperture is considered, too.
