The maximum number of real roots of a multihomogeneous system of polynomial equations (Q1567453)

The author discusses the maximal number of regular real roots of a multihomogeneous system of polynomial equations in which variables of the system are partitioned into groups and each equation is homogeneous separately in the variables of each group. It is shown that for such a multihomogeneous system there are open sets for coefficient vectors such that the number of real regular roots is equal to the generic number of complex roots.
