Let \(k,l\) be natural numbers with \(1\leq k < l\). A positive integer \(n_{k,l}\) is said to be \(k\)-full and \(l\)-free if each prime divisor \(p\) of \(n_{k,l}\) has the property \(p^k\mid n_{k,l}\) and \(p^l\nmid n_{k,l}\). The reviewer [Monatsh. Math. 120, 105-119 (1995; Zbl 0838.11059)] investigated the distribution of the numbers \(n_{2,l}\) for \(l\geq 4\) and \(n_{3,l}\) for \(l\geq 5\). His estimations were improved by \textit{J. Wu} [Monatsh. Math. 126, 353-367 (1998; Zbl 0917.11044)]. In this paper the authors give further improvements.
