This paper deals with a system of differential equations \[ d\varphi/dt= a(\varphi), \qquad dx/dt= A(\varphi)x, \tag{1} \] where \(\varphi= (\varphi_1,\dots, \varphi_m)\in T^m\), \(x\in \mathbb{R}^m\), \(a(\varphi)\in C_{\text{Lip}} (T^m)\), and \(A(\varphi)\in C^0(T^m)\). The author addresses the following problem: Select a class of matrix functions \(A(\varphi)\) such that, for any matrix \(A(\varphi)\) from this class, the fact that system (1) is weakly regular implies that it is regular.
