Fuzzy graphs and fuzzy hypergraphs (Q1569697)

This book presents an up-to-date account of the results in the areas of fuzzy graph theory and fuzzy hypergraph theory and gives applications of the results. In Chapter 1 the idea of a fuzzy relation and its basic properties are introduced. The concept and several results of fuzzy graphs are presented in Chapter 2. Graph terminology is used and fuzzy analogs of many graph-theoretical ideas are used. In Chapter 3 applications of fuzzy graph theory to cluster analysis, database theory and problems of group structure are discussed. Fuzzy graph theory is extended to fuzzy hypergraphs in Chapter 4.
