    Let \(\theta\) be a non-negative nondecreasing function on \((0, \infty)\) with \(\int_{0}^{1}\theta(t)t^{-1} dt<\infty\). A measurable function \(K\) on \(\mathbb R^n\times\mathbb R^n\setminus \{(x,x): x\in \mathbb R^n\}\) is said to be a \(\theta\)-type kernel if it satisfies \[ |K(x,y)|\leq C|x-y|^{-n} \quad \text{for }x\neq y,\tag{i} \] and \[ |K(x,y)-K(x+h, y)|+|K(y,x)-K(y, x+h)|\leq C\theta(|h|/|x-y|)|x-y|^{-n} \text{for }|h|<|x-y|/2.\tag{ii} \] The authors define a \(\theta\)-type Calderón-Zygmund operator \(T\) as follows: \(T\) is a linear operator from \(\mathcal S(\mathbb R^n)\) into its dual, and satisfies (iii) \(T\) can be extended to a bounded linear operator from \(L^2(\mathbb R^n)\) into weak \(L^2(\mathbb R^n)\), and (iv) there is a \(\theta\)-type kernel \(K(x,y)\) such that \(Tf(x)=\int K(x,y)f(y) dy \) for all compactly supported \(C^\infty\)-functions \(f\) and all \(x\notin \roman{supp} f\). The authors show that the above \((L^2, \text{weak} L^2)\)-boundedness is equivalent to \((L^2, L^2)\)-boundedness (they give other equivalent conditions, too), and hence using the reviewer's result, this \(\theta\)-type Calderón-Zygmund operator satisfies weighted inequalities for Muckenhoupt \(A_p\) weights. Another result concerning weighted Hardy space is: Let \(\theta(t)=t^\delta\) for some \(0<\delta<1\), and \(T\) be a \(\theta\)-type Calderón-Zygmund operator. If \(\int Ta(x) dx=0\) for all \(a\in L^\infty(\mathbb R^n)\) with compact support and \(\int a(x) dx=0\), \(n/(n+\delta)<p\leq 1\) and \(\omega\in A_q(\mathbb R^n)\) with \(1\leq q<(1+\delta/n)p\), then \(T\) is bounded on \(H_\omega^p(\mathbb R^n)\) and on the weak \(H_\omega^p(\mathbb R^n)\). The critical case \(\delta=n(1/p-1)\) is also treated. They also treat the case where the condition (ii) is satisfied partially, i.e., \(|K(y,x)-K(y, x+h)|\leq C\theta(|h|/|x-y|)|x-y|^{-n}\).
