Two new classes of difference families (Q1570765)

Using elementary geometry on a finite field of order \(q\) classes of \((q^2,k,k-1)\) and \((q^2,k+1,k+1)\) difference families are constructed, where \(k=m(q-1)\) and \(q+1=mn\). There are \((q+1)!/n!(m!)^n\) ways to apply the theorem.
