In addition to the title, the problem is considered for a barotropic flow through a bounded simply connected domain, in the presence of external forces. Under suitable technical assumptions on the domain, data, and on the function \(p(\rho)\) (which are met, in particular, in the case of ideal gas), the author proves the existence and local uniqueness of a subsonic steady flow satisfying a prescribed mass discharge per unit surface on the whole boundary of the domain, as well as the global mass conservation in the domain. The solution is constructed as a perturbation of an incompressible flow governed by Euler equations without external forces.
