Let \(H\) be a real Hilbert space with inner product \((.,.)\) and norm \(|\cdot|\). Let \(A, g : H\to H\) be nonlinear operators with \(g(H)\cap \text{Dom}(\partial\phi)\neq \emptyset\), where \(\partial\phi\) denotes the subdifferential of a proper convex l.s.c. function \(\phi:H\to R\cup\{+\infty\}\). Let \(C(H)\) denote the family of all nonempty compact subsets of \(H\). In this paper, for given operators \(V,T :H\to C(H)\), the authors consider the following set-valued mixed variational inequality problem which consists of finding \(u\in H\), \(w\in T(u)\) and \(y\in V(u)\) such that \[ (w + A(y), v - g(u)) + \phi(v) - \phi(g(u))\geq 0 \] for all \(v\in H\). By using the concept of the resolvent operator, they study some iterative methods for solving the above problem, extending previous results by A. Hassouni and A. Moudafi, A. Moudafi and M. Thera. S. Adly and W. Oettli and M. A. Noor.
