The authors construct a pair of non-isometric convex co-compact hyperbolic 3-manifolds \(X_1\) and \(X_2\), such that~\(\partial X_1\) and~\(\partial X_2\) are conformally equivalent, and such that there is a linear isomorphism of \(C^\infty(\partial X_1)\) and \(C^\infty(\partial X_2)\) that intertwines the renormalized scattering operators \(S_{X_1}(s)\) and \(S_{X_2}(s)\) for all \(s\in\mathbb C\) in the joint domain of analyticity. In particular, \(X_1\) and \(X_2\) have the same scattering poles with identical multiplicities. The manifolds \(X_1\) and \(X_2\) are Schottky manifolds, constructed using the Sunada method, refining \textit{P. BĂ©rard}'s approach in [Math. Ann. 292, No. 3, 547-560 (1992; Zbl 0735.58008)].
