This paper continues previous works of the author on discrete-time dynamic fuzzy system and its potential theory to apply them to fuzzy decision processes. Here the author discusses a continuous-time fuzzy systems from the probability theory point of view. A limit theorem for fuzzy states is discussed under a contraction condition on fuzzy relations.
