Based on Lie series perturbation method, the authors present a new package of formulas for constructing analytical orbital theories. As application, the authors develop an orbital theory of artifical Earth satellites extended by including zonal and tesseral harmonics from the geopotential, and by including a model of atmospheric drag. To achieve at least third-order accurate solution, the authors use recursive formulations of inclination and eccentricity functions by the construction of perturbation function for a given element.
