The authors consider a four-dimensional resoluble exponential Lie group \(G\) with Lie algebra \(L\). The dual space \(L^*\) with respect to the coadjoint representation splits into the union of two-dimensional nondegenerate orbits and zero-dimensional degenerate orbits. Using the symplectic Kirillov form of \(L^*\) and the primary quantization of the nondegenerate orbits, the authors construct the operator \(l_i\) and its transition \(r_i\). From these they introduce a kernel space \(\phi \subset L^2(G, dg)\) and its dual space \(\hat{\phi}\), establish the inversion formula, prove that the action of left- (resp., right-)invariant vectors on a function in \(\phi\) corresponds to the action of the operator \(r_i\) (resp., the operator \(l_i\)) on the dual function in \(\hat{\phi}\). Finally by transition from the space \(\phi\) to \(\hat{\phi}\) and vice versa they integrate certain differential equations (including the Laplacian) on the group \(G\) which are not integrable within the theory of variables separation.
