A smooth manifold \(M\) with a symmetric connection \(D\) and a conformal structure \([g]\) is called a Weyl manifold if for each \(g\in [g]\) there exists a 1-form \(\omega\) such that \(Dg= \omega \otimes g\). A Weyl manifold \(M\) is called Einstein-Weyl if the Ricci tensor \(\text{Ric}^D\) of \(D\) satisfies \(\text{Ric}^D(X,Y)+ \text{Ric}^D(Y,X)=\lambda g(X,Y)\), where \(\lambda\) is a function on \(M\). For each compact Einstein-Weyl manifold \(M\) with coclosed 1-form \(\omega\) the scalar \(c=s_D+\frac{n(n-4)}4|\omega|^2\) is constant, where \(s_D\) is the conformal scalar curvature, that is, the metric trace of \(\text{Ric}^D\). The constant \(c\) is called the Gauduchon constant. In this paper, the author considers Weyl manifolds carrying a particular geometric structure, especially the geometry of affine locally symmetric Weyl manifolds and of Weyl manifolds whose Ricci tensor is proportional to the conformal structure. It is shown that for positive numbers \(B\), \(C\), and \(S\) \((C\leq S)\) the collection \(EW^4_{BCS}\) of 4-dimensional Einstein-Weyl manifolds of positive Gauduchon constant \(c_g\) satisfying \(b_2(M) \leq B\), \(c_g^2 \text{vol}(M,g)\geq C^2\), \(s_g^2 \text{vol}(M,g)\leq S^2\), where \(g\) is a Gauduchon metric in \([g]\) and \(b_2\) is the Betti number, contains at most a finite number of diffeomorphism types. Moreover, if the Ricci tensor of \(D\) on a Weyl manifold is parallel with respect to \(D\) then \(d \omega=0\).
