A few new identities of the Rogers-Ramanujan type. I (Q1585218)

The author uses the same methods as some recent workers to establish R-R type identities modulo \(Ns\), where \(s\) is any integer and \(N\) takes certain values, e.g., 13. While the starting point of the investigation is sufficiently explained, the rest is less detailed. It is noted that the results are given in a notationally inadequate way; moreover, there are many misprints and other typographical shortcomings. Therefore, the reviewer feels uncertain about the correctness of the paper as a whole, although some of the identities are in fact recovered.
