We show that the mixed finite element approximate scheme with pressure stabilization for the Stokes problem in \(\mathbb{R}^3\) is stable for some tetrahedral elements including the \(P^+_{k+1}- P_{k-1}\) element and the cross-grid \(P_{k+1}- P_{k-1}\) element, \(k\geq 2\).
