Let \(D\) be the generalized complex ellipsoid in \(\mathbb{C}^n\) defined by \(D=\{z\in \mathbb{C}^n:r(z)<0\}\) where \[ r(z)=(|z_1|^2+\cdots +|z_{k_1}|^2)^{m_1}+\cdots +(|z_{k_{l-1}}|^2+\cdots +|z_n|^2)^{m_l} -1. \] The main result of this paper is the following theorem of estimates of \(\overline \partial\)-equations. Theorem. Let \(m=\max \{m_1,\cdots ,m_l\}\). For each \(\overline \partial\)-closed (0,1) form \(f\) with coefficients in \(L^p(D)\), there exists a function \(u\) on \(D\) such that \(\overline \partial u=f\) in the sense of distribution, and \(u\) satisfies the following estimates: (1) When \(p=1\), \( m\{|u|>t\}\lesssim \{\frac{\|f\|_{L^1(D)}}{t}\}^\lambda, \lambda=\frac {2mn+2}{2mn+1}\), for all \(t>0\). (2) When \(1<p<2mn+2\), \(\|u\|_{L^q(D)}\lesssim\|f\|_{L^p(D)}\), for \(\frac 1 q=\frac 1 p -\frac 1 {2mn+2}\). (3) When \(p=2mn+2\), \(\|u\|_{L^q(D)}\lesssim\|f\|_{L^p(D)}\), for each \(q<\infty\). (4) When \(p> 2mn+2\), \( \|u\|_{\Lambda_a(D)}\lesssim \|f\|_{L^p(D)}\), where \(a=\frac 1 {2m}- \frac {mn+1}{mp}\), and \(\Lambda_a(D)\) is the Hölder space. This is a generalization of \textit{Z. Chen, S. Krantz} and \textit{D. Ma} [Manuscr. Math. 80, 131-149 (1993; Zbl 0789.32011)], who proved the theorem above on the complex ellipsoid \[ D=\{z\in \mathbb{C}^n:|z_1|^{m_1}+\cdots+|z_l|^{m_l}<1\}. \] The proof in this paper is a careful modification of the proof in the above mentioned paper of Chen, Krantz and Ma.
