The authors investigate KMS-states for periodic full \(C^*\)-dynamical systems. Examples for such systems arise as canonical automorphism on the Cuntz-Pimsner algebra over a finite projective full Hilbert bimodule. In fact, the authors show that every abstract periodic full \(C^*\)-dynamical systems is isomorphic to one obtained from such a Hilbert bimodule. This concrete form helps to draw consequences from the abstract results on KMS-states in an effective way. Besides generalizing well-know results for the special cases of Cuntz algebras, Cuntz-Krieger algebras and Matsumoto algebras, many new results drop out. In several cases the set of KMS-states can be described explicitly. The extreme values of the occuring temparatures are related to several types of entropies and estimates among these entropies are obtained. The relation with a variational principle is established.
