The paper cannot be recommended to mathematicians. It is composed of purely intuitive concepts, borrowed from diverse branches of nonlinear science and quantum theory and mingled together with rather unspecified purpose. Elements of that mixture are for example: strings and superstrings, fractal space-time, turbulent flows, Berry phase, Kepler and Newton laws, self-organized criticality, origins of gravity, supergravity, quantum chaos.
