Let \(\Omega\subset \mathbb{R}^2\) be a domain with boundary \(\Gamma\), \(\Omega_T= \Omega\times (0,T)\), \(\Gamma_T= \Gamma\times (0,T)\). Consider the problem with uniformly parabolic operator \[ \begin{gathered}{\partial u\over\partial t}- Lu= f_0(x, t),\quad (x,t)\in \Omega_T,\\ \sum^2_{i=1} b_i(x,t){\partial u\over\partial x}_i+ L_0v= f_1(x, t),\;(x,t)\in\Gamma_T,\end{gathered}\tag{1} \] \(u-v= 0\), \((x,t)\in\Gamma_T\), \(u(x,0)= \varphi(x)\), \(x\in\Omega\), \(u(x,0)= \psi(x)\), \(x\in\Gamma\). Assume that \(\Gamma\in H^{3+\alpha}\), \(\varphi\in H^{2+\alpha}(\overline\Omega)\), \(\psi\in H^{2+\alpha}(\Gamma)\), \(f_0\in H^{\alpha,\alpha/2}(\overline\Omega_T)\), \(f_1\in H^{1+\alpha,(1+ \alpha)/2}(\overline\Gamma_T)\). Then problem (1) has a unique solution \(u\in H^{2+\alpha,(2+ \alpha)/2}(\overline\Omega_T)\), \(v\in \widehat H^{2+\alpha,(2+ \alpha)/2}(\overline\Gamma_T)\) with \[ |u|^{(2+ \alpha)}_{\Omega_T}+\|v\|^{(2+ \alpha)}_{\Gamma_T}\leq c(|f_0|^{(\alpha)}_{\Omega_T}+|f_1|^{(1+ \alpha)}_{\Gamma_T}+ |\varphi|^{(2+ \alpha)}_\Omega+ |\psi|^{(3+ \alpha)}_\Gamma). \]
