For a separable Banach space \(X\), the author starts with the existing concepts of `minimal sequence', `biorthogonal system', `\(M\)-base', `norming', `\(C\)-bounded biorthogonal system' and poses question about the existence of `\((1+\varepsilon_n)\)-bounded \(M\)-base' and a `complete \((1+\varepsilon_n)\)-bounded minimal system' for \(X\). Finally, it has been shown that if \(\varepsilon_n\) be positive values such that \(\sum^\infty_1\varepsilon^2_n\leq\infty\), then any separable Banach space \(X\) contains norming \(M\)-base \(\{x_n\}\) such that \(\|x_n\|\|x^*_n\|< 1+\varepsilon_n\), \(n= 1,2,\dots\), where \(x^*_n\) are conjugate functionals.
