The authors obtain a priori estimates of positive radial solutions to the following boundary problem: \[ \text{ div}(|Du|^{p-2}Du) +\lambda f(u) =0\quad \text{ in} \Omega,\quad u=0\quad \text{ on} \partial\Omega, \] where \(\Omega\) denotes the unit ball in \(\mathbb{R}^N\) \((N>p),\) \(\lambda>0,\) \(f:[0,\infty)\to \mathbb{R}\) and \(f(0)<0, f'(u)\geq 0.\)
