Let \(\mathbb{R}_1^4\) be the \(4\)-dimensional Minkowski space with the metric \(\langle\;,\;\rangle\) given by \(\langle x,y\rangle= \sum_{i=1}^3 x_iy_i-x_4y_4\), for any two points \(x=(x_1,x_2,x_3,x_4)\) and \(y=(y_1,y_2,y_3,y_4)\) in \(\mathbb{R}_1^4.\) The \(3\)-dimensional de Sitter space \(S_1^3\) is defined by \(S_1^3=\{x\in \mathbb{R}_1^4: \langle x,x\rangle= 1)\}\). In the \(4\)-dimensional Minkowski space \(\mathbb{R}_1^4,\) a surface is said to be a hyperbolic rotation surface if it is a regular curve under the action of the orthogonal transformations of \(\mathbb{R}_1^4\) which leave a spacelike plane point-wise fixed. In this paper, the authors give a complete classification of the timelike and spacelike hyperbolic rotation surfaces with non-zero constant mean curvature in the \(3\)-dimensional de Sitter space \(S_{1}^3\).
