    In the classical paper [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 23, 421-427 (1968; Zbl 0174.49002)] \textit{L. A. Zadeh} defined a probability of a fuzzy event \(\mu:\Omega\to [0,1]\) as \(m(\mu)=\int \mu dP\), where \((\Omega,\mathcal{F},P)\) is a classical probability space. Since then many authors have generalized this definition into different directions. See for example \textit{E. P. Klement} [Fuzzy Sets Syst. 4, 83-93 (1980; Zbl 0444.28001), J. Math. Anal. Appl. 85, 543-565 (1982; Zbl 0491.28003)], \textit{E. P. Klement, W. Schwyhla} and \textit{R. Lowen} [Fuzzy Sets Syst. 5, 21-30 (1981; Zbl 0447.28005)], \textit{K. Piasecki} [ibid. 22, 271-287 (1987; Zbl 0628.60005), ibid. 19, 273-289 (1986; Zbl 0604.60006), ibid. 17, 271-284 (1985; Zbl 0604.60005)] and \textit{Z. Qiao} [ibid. 37, No. 1, 77-92 (1990; Zbl 0701.28011)]. The paper under review continues the line and defines a probability measure on a fuzzy \(\sigma\)-algebra defined in a fuzzy topological space.
