The author proposes the direct differentiation of recursion relations of the extrapolation method used in approximating the limit of an infinite sequence. Also, he generalizes the Richardson extrapolation process and to compute of derivatives of limits of sequences with applications to the \(d(1)\)-transformation of \textit{D. Levin} and \textit{A. Sidi} [Appl. Math. Comput. 9, 175-215 (1981; Zbl 0487.65003)].
