      Let \(\Omega_q= \{(z_1, z_2)\in\mathbb{C}^2;|z_1|^2+|z_2|^{2q}< 1\}\), where \(q\) is a positive integer. And let \(\mu\) be the measure on \(\Omega_q\) defined by \[ \int_{\mathbb{C}^2} F(z) dV(z)= \int^\infty_0 \int_{\delta\Omega_q} F(rz_1, r^{1/q} z_2) d\mu(z) r^{1+{2\over q}} dr, \] where \(dV\) is the Lebesgue measure on \(\mathbb{C}^2\); and \(S_\mu\) is the Szegö kernel with respect to \(d\mu\). In this paper, the authors prove: Let \(0< p<\infty\), \({1\over p}<\lambda<\infty\); then there exists a constant \(0< C\equiv C(p,\lambda)< \infty\) such that \[ {1\over C}\|g\|^p_{{\mathbf B}_p}\leq \int_{\Omega_q} \Biggl|\int_{\delta\Omega_q} {S^{\lambda+ 1}_\mu(z,\xi)\over S^\lambda_\mu(z, z)} (g(\xi) d\mu\xi)\Biggr|^p B(z,v) dV(z)\leq C\|g\|^p_{{\mathbf B}_p},\;\forall g\in{\mathbf B}_p, \] where \({\mathbf B}_p\) is the Besov spaces of holomorphic functions. As application, the authors obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for the small Hankel operators to belong to the Schatten class \({\mathbf S}_p\); which generalized some results of Feldman and Rochberg, and of Semmes. The proofs are very laborious.
