    Let \(X\) be a separable Banach space. For a fuzzy subset \(u: X\to [0,1]\) of \(X\) denote by \(L_\alpha u= \{x\in X: u(x)\geq \alpha\}\) the \(\alpha\)-level of \(u\) \((0<\alpha\leq 1)\) and by \(L_0u\) the support of \(u\). Let \({\mathcal F}(X)\) be the space of all fuzzy sets \(u:X\to [0,1]\) such that \(L_\alpha u\) is compact for all \(\alpha\in [0,1]\). For a fuzzy random variable \(\Gamma: [0,b]\to{\mathcal F}(X)\), a fuzzy set \(u\in{\mathcal F}(X)\) is by definition the integral of \(\Gamma\) (i.e., \(u= \int^b_0\Gamma(t) dt\)) iff \(L_\alpha u= \int^b_0 L_\alpha\Gamma(t) dt\) for every \(\alpha\in [0,1]\), where \(\int^b_0 L_\alpha\Gamma(t) dt\) is the usual integral defined as the set of all integrals of integrable selectors of the set-valued function \(L_a\Gamma(t)\). The authors studies some properties of the fuzzy integral mean \(M_\Gamma\) of \(\Gamma\) defined by \(M_\Gamma(x)= \int^x_0 \Gamma(t) dt/x\) \((0< x\leq b)\).
